Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (original delivery and return delivery costs, wherever made by AJL Displays, will still be payable by the customer). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 days of our receiving your return. If you require an exchange, please place a new order online.
Please email tim@ajldisplays.co.uk to obtain a returns number which needs to be written on the outside of the parcel. Please re-package the goods and send to the address below:-

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect:
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 days of our receiving your return. AJL Displays will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Typographical Errors
In the event that a AJL Displays product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, AJL Displays reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. AJL Displays reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, AJL Displays shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by AJL Displays without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
